GENERAL POLICIES
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the impact of COVID-19 on shipping carriers and customs, shipping delays should be expected. International orders are experiencing delivery times of 10-12 week in some cases.
RETURNS
Flower Moon Records can usually provide a full refund if:
- CDS, LPS, Cassettes, etc. are both unopened and undamaged.
- Clothing is unwashed and unworn.
- A return is requested 30 days from confirmation of shipment.
However:
- Discounted or sale items are non-returnable.
- Customers must pay for shipping on returned orders or exchanges.
- DUE TO THE LIMITED & EXCLUSIVE NATURE OF PRE-ORDERS OR BUNDLES, WE CANNOT CANCEL, RETURN OR EXCHANGE THESE ORDERS.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Please contact us at ryan@flowermoonrecords as soon as possible regarding your order. A FMR team member will discuss your request and return options.
- Do NOT ship your items back until you have confirmed your return with FMR.
PREORDERS
- We do our best to ship pre-orders prior to their release date. Usually this means records arrive before street date.
- All items in an order ship together, so expect a delay if your shipment includes a preorder item. If this is bothersome, you are free to place two separate orders – one with the preorder and another with the already available albums.
- In some cases, certain bundle or pre-order items are delayed in production which prevents those items from arriving in time. We truly apologize if your preorder arrives slightly late.
- We cannot prevent shipping delays and we cannot ship partial orders any earlier.
SHIPPING
- If an item is returned back to us as undeliverable, please note that we will need to charge additional shipping fees to re-send the package. Neither FMR or our shipping services are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your address.

We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost en route. Lost orders are non-refundable nor redeliverable without recharging you for the price and shipping of that item.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Occasionally customers received items that are damaged or defective due to circumstances outside of our control. All items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are not warped, water logged, bent, defective etc. However, we cannot be held liable for packages that are damaged in transit, especially when shipped internationally.
Please contact ryan@flowermoonrecords.com with your order # and a description of the issue (preferably with photos). We will do our best to work with you on providing a replacement, however due to the limited nature of certain products it may not be possible or shipping fees may apply.
CUSTOMS FEES
Occasionally, international shipments are subject to customs fees. We are unable to anticipate these charges, and our shipping costs do not take them into account. As a result, the customer is solely responsible for any fees paid upon receipt. We will not alter or falsely list the contents of your order to avoid these, sorry.
